Cocktail and Piano Bar
Hand painted walls in cool watercolours with black and white marble floors create the perfect ambience in which guests can relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner, prepared and served by our head barman Antonio Beccalli.

Guests can also enjoy an after-dinner drink along with the stars and celebrities in the romantic Piano Bar with its cosy chairs and soothing warm colours.

Chuflay Bar
While life goes on in the streets of Portofino around the Splendido Mare, let yourself be tempted by a fresh aperitif served at the Chuflay Bar, enjoying appetising snacks under the caring eye of Maitre Santo Aiosa. Gentle piano music floats in the air each evening until midnight.

Pool Bar
From Spring to Autumn, the Pool Bar serves delicious cocktails and a wide selection of beverages on the patio or by the pool. A refreshing cocktail is the perfect way to enjoy the magnificent views between dips in the pool.

The Pool Bar is open from 10.00am to 7.00pm.
