Carlo and his deep blue eyes have been at the Splendido for the past 15 years, charming visitors with his big smile and cordiality. He has a true international experience, having worked for many years in England, USA and the Caribbean. He then fell in love with this little corner of paradise and since then worked as Food & Beverage Manager.

He's passionate about wine and loves cooking, an endless resource of suggestions for clients wanting to experience new flavours and tastes.

Every event at the Splendido is under his supervision, he goes beyond expectations to please clients and realise their wishes, he even acted as a best man for a couple that got married at the Splendido and whose real best man missed the flight!
