He has a wealth of international experience, having worked for many years in England, the USA and the Caribbean. He then fell in love with the Ligurian Riviera and the rest is history.

Passionate about wine and cooking, Carlo is an endless source of ideas for guests wanting to experience new flavours and tastes.

He supervises every event at the Splendido, always going the extra mile to please customers and satisfy their every whim. Once he even acted as Best Man for a couple who got married at the Splendido, and whose real Best Man missed the flight!
