Golf Club Garlenda
The Garlenda Golf Club is situated near Albenga and Alassio in the middle of a gorgeous swathe of olive trees and pines that sweep from the sea to the Alps. The 18-hole course was designed by architects Morrison and Harris in 1965 and later slightly modified to render it even more challenging.
The par-72 championship course covers an area of over 6km and is designed to test golfers with a higher handicap.

Directions:
From Portofino, follow the SP 227 road to Santa Margherita, and SS1 to Rapallo and take highway A12 towards Genoa, then follow highway A10 in the direction of Ventimiglia. Exit Albenga and follow the SP 582 towards Garlenda. Distance: 134km or approx 1½ hours by car.

Golf Club Rapallo
The Rapallo Golf Club was founded in 1931. Protected from cold, winter winds by the surrounding cedar- and pine-clad hills, and cooled in the summer by gentle sea breezes, it enjoys an idyllic location.
The 18-hole course also guarantees a technically challenging and stimulating game. Rich in natural hazards, such as three fast-flowing streams that cross the land, it demands precision and strength from the many golf enthusiasts it attracts.
