• Safe deposit boxes are installed in every room; valuables can also be left at reception
• Cable and satellite television channels, and DVD are available in all rooms, with a selection of Academy Award winning films available from reception
• Our telephones allow direct dialling both internationally and locally, and a separate line for modem communications
• Our reservation office is pleased to transmit and receive faxes for you. Private fax service is available in all Junior Suites and Suites 
• PlayStation is available upon request  
• Most of our bathrooms have a separate bath and shower stall, and all are supplied with bathrobes, slippers and Bulgari and Penhaligon's bath amenities
• Our rooms enjoy a twice-daily housekeeping service, with an evening turndown service.  Hypoallergenic pillows are available on request
• All rooms have a private bar, and are supplied with a daily newspaper and fresh flowers 
• An ice bucket is available in all Junior Suites and Suites. In all other rooms this service is on request
• Room service is 24 hours a day and our laundry and dry cleaning services are available 6 days a week
