Michela has been at the Splendido for the past 15 years, taking care of reservations and making sure everyone had a "splendid" stay.

After various experiences in Europe, US and Caribbean, she started her great adventure at Hotel Splendido as Front Office Manager, and developed throughout the years to the current position of Assistant Manager and Director of Reservations & Revenue for the Italian Orient-Express Hotels.

She contributed at the opening of Splendido Mare and at the start-up of the Central Reservation Office, that now handles all reservations enquiries for the Orient-Express Hotels in Italy.
