Michela Nicosia, Assistant Manager & Director of Reservations

Michela has been at the Splendido for the past 15 years, taking care of reservations and pulling out all the stops to ensure everyone has a wonderful stay.

After a variety of positions in Europe, the USA and the Caribbean, Michela embarked on her great adventure at Hotel Splendido as Front Office Manager, and has since risen to her current position of Assistant Manager and Director of Reservations & Revenue for Orient-Express Hotels in Italy.
