Throughout his career, the experiences and recipes he has collated enable him to be extremely flamboyant with his creations. Chef Corti, who is Italian, has a fluent knowledge of English and French and extensive experience, from the smaller quaint restaurants in Bordighera to many grand hotels, such as the Imperial Palace Hotel in Santa Margherita Ligure. | |

Chef Roberto Villa - Splendido Mare Chef Villa was born in Nizza Monferrato. He too has fluent knowledge of English and French. He started his training in the Hotel School of Camogli, and continued working in the Grand Hotel Bristol, Hotel Sheraton and a few of
