A course lying midway between gastronomy and botany, based on the aromas of the herbs typical of the Tigullio region.
Day 1:
Agourmet dinner for two based on local herbs, in either the Splendido Mare’s “Chuflay” Restaurant or in the Splendido’s “la Terrazza” Restaurant.
Day 2:
Guests will set off on foot at 10:00 for two hours excursion on Monte di Portofino, accompanied by a botanist guide, who will explain the uses and properties of spontaneous herbs for cooking, health and beauty.
Departure the following morning, after breakfast.
Programme includes:
- Two nights accommodation in a Double Room with Sea View
- Full American Breakfast for two daily
- A gourmet dinner for two based on local herbs in one of our Restaurants (excluding beverages)
- A bottle of Spumante and flowers in your room on arrival
- A half-day excursion on the Mount of Portofino, accompanied by a botanical guide, who will explain the uses and properties of spontaneous herbs for cooking, health and beauty.
