A course lying midway between gastronomy and botany, based on the aromas of the herbs typical of the Tigullio region. Day 1: a gourmet dinner for two based on local herbs, in either the Splendido Mare’s "Chuflay" restaurant or in the Splendido’s "la Terrazza" restaurant. Day 2: guests will set off on foot at 10.00 for a half-day excursion on Monte di Portofino, accompanied by a botanist guide, who will explain the uses and properties of spontaneous herbs for cooking, health and beauty. Departure the following morning, after breakfast.
